Print projects (sell sheets, flyers, brochures) are completed in 72 hours on average. Some might even be done sooner! Every project is unique, so larger projects like websites might take closer to 2-3 weeks. Action Cat works on your projects Monday through Friday, knocking them out one at a time in order they are received.
We do not do animation, 3D modeling, technical drawing, large-scale print design (books, magazines, etc.). We are happy to refer you out to trusted partners for these types of projects, but they will not be covered under your design subscription.
As many as you want! Once you have subscribed to a design plan, you can put in as many requests as you want. We will complete them one-by-one in the order they are received.
All design requests go through Trello. Your company will have it's own board, where you can submit as many requests as you like. The design projects will be completed one-by-one in the order they are received.
The design subscriptions work on a monthly basis, with approximately 30.5 days per each billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription before any project requests have been submitted, we will happily issue you a full refund. If project requests have been submitted to the Trello board, however, your plan will terminate at the end of that billing cycle and no refund will be issued.
Our billing model is set up on a recurring basis, with payment being automatically charged every 30 or 31 days. You can pause your plan at any time during that billing cycle, and resume later in the year when you're ready with those remaining days added to your next month.
We do not have a refund policy, but you can pause or cancel your design subscription at any time.
